DIRECTOR - Courtney Connor
Coach Connor is the Women's Lacrosse Coach at UMBC and one of the top up and coming young coaches in the country. She brings a complete understanding of the game to her clinics and camps. She gained this extensive knowledge while playing for the University of Maryland and gaining a National Championship title each year as well as All-American accolades and being named MVP of the NCAA Tournament. She is a former US Team Member and continues to be very active in the game today. Courtney is an ambassador to the sport of lacrosse and she wants to share her techniques and experiences with you! In 7 years as Head Coach, has twice been named Conference Coach of the Year. In addition, she has guided her teams to three Conference Champions titles as well as consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances.

ASST DIRECTOR - Kelly Berger
Current UMBC Asst Coach Kelly Berger is a very skilled defender who has demostrated what it takes to become an elite player.  A current US Team member, Kelly joined the UMBC staff after a successful career at JMU.  While playing for the Dukes, Kelly was a 2X All-American and CAA Conference Player of the Year in 2006.
