Registration:
Full payment is due upon enrollment for the camp. No camper will be allowed to participate unless all fees have been paid and all health forms submitted in full.

Insurance:
The Tubby Smith Basketball Camp does not provide medical insurance. Each camper will be required to complete the signed parent consent form to waive and release the Tubby Smith Basketball Camp and the University Of Minnesota from any and all liability for any injuries incureed while at camp. The Tubby Smith Basketball Camp reserves the right to refuse any camper with pre-existing medical and/or physical history.

Cancellations/Refunds:
Only medical cancellations will be accepted.  In which case, written documentation is required.  Tubby Smith Basketball Camps (Tubby Smith Enterprises, LLC) reserves the right to change and/or cancel camps at any time, in which case a full refund will be returned.
